Heather Madrid, LCSW
Heather Madrid is the Behavioral Health Manager at HealthWorks. She graduated from Colorado State University with her master’s degree in social work and became fully licensed shortly after. She started her career in substance abuse and crisis intervention and stabilization. Heather has experience working with a variety of behavioral health issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, and many more. She works from a person-centered approach and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused interventions. Heather works with many community partners to collaborate on resources and interventions based on community needs.
Meg Willis, PMHNP
Meg Willis is psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). PMHNP means I am a registered nurse who can write prescriptions for medications. Additionally, I specialize in mental health diagnosis and treatment planning. I usually am found at the mental health modular building at HealthWorks. I am a recent graduate from the University of Wyoming, go Pokes, and love this state I live in. I am a newly wed and we have 4 pets. I’m excited to be a part of HealthWorks and to help serve the mental health needs of Cheyenne.
Krysten Keck, LCSW
Krysten graduated in 2009 with her Master’s of Social Work. She began her therapy career as a substance abuse therapist, and eventually moved into youth and family therapy. She currently see clients of all ages and with a variety of concerns including behavioral issues, depression and anxiety problems, and helping people resolve trauma that may have occurred in their life. She is EMDR certified, has expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, and has been trained in different forms of play and family therapy. She considers herself beyond lucky to be a therapist working with people to help them motivate themselves to make changes and improve their quality of life.

Karla Dieters, LCSW
Karla is a Behavioral Health Therapist who was born and raised in Wyoming. She has earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her master’s in social work from the University of Wyoming. She utilizes many therapeutic approaches including strengths-based, supportive therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR when working with individuals who struggle with an increase in mental health symptoms and/or addictions.
